Terms & Return Policy

It is the policy of KANE NY llc that personal information such as your name, postal and email address or telephone number is private and confidential.

Returns

KANE NY Online Shop will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days from the shipping date.

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Please include the shipping slip with your return—returns without the original order number/shipping slip will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

KANE NY is not responsible for any returns lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.

We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than KANE NY online shop may not be returned to us.

Shipping

Currently our website accommodates shipments within the U.S. and international orders. Free shipping may apply in some regions and will be noted upon checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day.
